Hey guys,l im considering buying a WRX and i just wanted to know what type of problems you were having with the car. I have heard complaints of thin paint, cheap interior, cheap feeling doors, etc. and i just wanted to hear real problems from real people, not some employee from motor trend. Thanks.

No problems here....btw whaqt do you consider cheap? I have seen plenty of cars within the same price range that have similar quality doors...maybe the interior (seats) coul have been beefed up a bit...but then agian it's a rally car...you dont want leather for off road purposes...plus they weigh too much :).

One mor thing...the doors on the scooby are frameless...not too many cars have that design.

My opignion.

idk how they are cheap, havent got a chance to test drive it yet. But the people from edmunds.com/motortrend said the doors had a cheap qaulity feeling to them.

I don't see how you can compare the doors on the Impreza to the doors on say a Jetta, the Jetta has a full frame and the Impreza doesn't, this leads to a totally different feeling door when you close it.I previously drove a Ford Escort and in my opinion the doors on ALL the Impreza's feel 100% beefier than the doors on the Ford...
Just my opinion

damm straight...frameless doors fell cheap cause they dont shut as quite, but that is becasue they dont have all that extra frame cushionin the door when it closes....plus doors look way cooler when they dont have a frame.

PEACE
