I have a 1993 ls 400 the vehicle has 111000 and the timing chain was replaced at 108k i am having problems with the vehicle cranking first it would not crank and after setting a while it would crank cold or hot. i took it to the mechanic shop and $1000 later i was informed it was the oxygen sensor i replaced that and the same thing happened. after that i replaced the fuel filter the fuel pump the crank sensor and the coil pack it will not crank. after i replaced the crank sensor the vehicle cranked and the next morning the vehicle would not say anything. i was told by a mechanic that the vehicle was not fireing could someone please help.

thanks,

it could be one of three things. 1. your timing belt is still off, this could cause the plugs to fire at the wrong time. 2. faulty sparkplugs, to much carbon build up, ect... and finally 3. you might need to replace your distriburtor. if its defective it will cause a loss of spark. anyway i hope this helps.
