92 dx poor acceleration

I just had a reman distributor put on my 92 dx and now the car has practically no power. The Pep Boys did the install so they have the car back now. How likely is it that the new problem is because of the distributor? What could they have done wrong during the install to create this problem, if it is their fault and not just a coincidence?
