Thats the theme music from "The Benny Hill Show". Its an old british comedy series where this horny fat old guy chases around women in skimpy clothes with other bits of comedy mixed in. It was kinda like Three Stooges meets Larry Flynt. Great show. I rank it right up there with the original Mr. Bean series. Then they disgraced his name with those horrible movies :disappoin
