Grand Prix & Performance Chips

Are there any performance chips that enhance the fuel mileage in cars? Im looking for a "plug and play" performance chip, kinda like a BLACK ICE one on ebay. Just wondering if ya'll know of any, thanks a lot!! By the way my car is a 2004 grand prix gt........
