power upgrade on 22re!!

well i am getting rid of my camaro for a 90 toyota pickup delux regular cab short bed 4x4 5 speed. What are some good power upgrades for it? I know i am going to do a intake, headers, exhaust, and put a diffrent cam in it. Is there any thing els? how much hp will i be putting out with all of that? around 150?

High compression pistons, port+polish the head and connecting rods would provide some great power. along with all the things you are planning to do
