1997 3.4 engine any good?

Need to know if 3.4 eng. any good or bad eng. heads and head gaskets

The 3400 engine is known for faulty original intake gaskets. Head gaskets have also known to go bad although not as often as the intake gaskets. Both issues can be fixed with a decent amount of labor.
