I posted here a while back regarding electrical problems my 01 ss was having. Someone helped me out and told me it was the igniton assembly. ( thank you by the way :) ) I was wondering if this is a do it yourself project or is it very difficult and i should have a mechanic do it. I learn quickly but have very little expeciance. Also, if i do have a mechanic do it, how many hours of labour should i expect to pay for ( just so i dont get ripped off ) Thanks in advance to all that respond.

It's a pretty major undertaking, but not beyond an experienced DIY'er job. If you have limited experience, I'd suggest letting a garage do it. It's a couple hour + job, so expect labor to be around $150-$200.
