Air Conditioning Compressor Leak

Hello;
Can anyone tell me how to change the compressor on a 98 Sunfire, 2.2L? Dealer wants $1200.00 CDN. I can get a certified used one for $110.00 and install it myself, then just bring it to the dealer for a recharge.....any help would be very much appreciated. Thanks!
