hi i recently bought a 1994 tbird and it seems to be running hot when i drive it the temp gauge goes all the way up but when i come home from work it stay at the nomr level it was leaking from the radiatior cap a littler bit so i replaced teh cap and am just wondering what else i should try. any infor is greatly appericiated

are there any leaks anywhere in the system? Is it a 4.6L or a 3.8L? More info please.

make sure there are no other leaks. check the hoses from the radiator and the water pump. might be a good idea to backflush the entire cooling system and replace the thermostat if you recently purchased the tbird. if its a 6 cylinder 3.8L, make sure you dont have any blown head gasket symptoms.
