tranny issues

ok well i havnt had the funds to order my 1jz so now im in a little perdicment my rear seal in my supra needed to be replaced and well it was ran lean on tranny fluid from the last owner so now that i changed the rear seal the car was running gr8 but now wen i put the car in drive it starts me out in second gear but it will go into low if i put it there but wont do it automaticly and wen i put it in to 2nd it will only take me up to 40-45 b4 it shifts into 3rd im thinkin the gears are just ground to hell and needs a new tranny any other opinions?

Have you had it flushed? When was the last filter change. It could be junk in the valve system.
