The two big ones go on the side and require the stock rubber and sleeve to be pressed out. I just take it to my machinist and he uses his press. Takes 5 minutes. The front one will get the molded inserts that go over the stock pieces and fill in the gaps. On a 2g the rear mount will be just like the front, but on a 1g the rear will need to be pressed out like the sides.
This is all from memory of course, and it's been quite a few years, so I reserve the right to be wrong about the details :)
People have cut and burned the stock parts out of the mounts, but IMO taking it to a shop with a press is a no brainer.

Im going to take the other route of getting Window Weld and just filling in the mounts :), a cheaper way that takes a bit more time, but with the engine out still, I have plenty of it.
