Recall on Lucas products?

While I was at WalMart last week I remembered that I had wanted to pick up some Lucas gas treatment for one of my vehicles. I noticed the spot on the shelf where it was supposed to be was empty. I had asked the associate in the automotive area if they still stocked it, seeing this was a new supercenter that had just opened the week before and the old store down the road had carried it. The associate told me there was a national recall on that product due to what he thought was mislabeling. I checked on the web to see if there was any further info, and couldn't find any. Does anybody have any further information about this? And if you purchased the Lucas brand gas treatment within the last month or so, this may affect you. I haven't seen any more recall notices for this as well so I don't know how many consumers know about it.

A friend of mine just bought some about a week ago at a Pep-Boys. No problems.
