HELP WITH Hypertech Power Programmer 3

I just bought a PP3 and I dont have a place or really the time to run the tests on my quarter mile time for my shift points and rev limiter. I have a 5.3L with a K&N Intake system and everything else as far as preformance is stock....Does anyone have any settings they have used that have given them the preformance the PP3 offers??
