Dash removal 1997 Tahoe

I need to replace the Evaporator on my 97 Tahoe :( and cannot find any specific instructions on removal of the dash. Can anyone suggest a place where I can find some? Thanks.

Well it's been awhile since I sold my 97 tahoe, but from what i remember the dash is just snapped in there. I don't really remember many screws, if any.
I would start from the drivers side and carefully pull out, and work my way on the top. I know the cup holder should be pulled out and you will have to adjust the steering wheel and probably the shifter too. Like I said it has been a while since I did this so I may not be 100% right, but I hope this might help in some way. Good luck!

HI All....
I just removed my 1996 Tahoe......Screws, clips & Etc......took me three hrs & needed help the last 30 mins. Wireing harnas was the big pain. All the little lamps & door switches & things bolted to the metal support pipe at the bottom of the dash. just take your time. tools...socket set, nut driver set, screw driver -flat tip & pliers.
