So I'm guessing you weren't around and the alarm continued to sound until it timed out? If so then it most likely triggered a starter kill function. There's an override button on 99% of alarms but its location could be anywhere. Check around the underside of the dash on the passenger side, that's a popular place to put it but it could be anywhere. And depending on your alarm setup, the override button may not work if the alarm was allowed to time out:2cents:

try locking it up first then unlock it with ur remote it may think its owner is unlocking it,also if that don't work try key on eng. off for 1-5 mins.,if this don't work then unplug the battery for ten mins. reason it ain't starting is cuz it thinks someone is tryin to steal it. Hope these help.

Disconnect and reconnect the negative on the battery. This should reset the alarm system, but if the computer has been coded before starting you might have a bit of a problem.
