Would I be correct in assuming that these guys are frauds?

They claim to legally ship over skylines as kits. I though the general consensus was that such a thing was illegal, but maube I'm wrong.

from what i hear, impoting it in partsif you have no intention of registering it asa street car, otherwise, it becomes as hard to do that as importing the car itself.
