f22 removal

This has probably been covered but I didn't find anything with a search.

Would it be much of a pain to remove the engine without tranny for an engine swap. Putting another f22 back into the car?

My manual really doesn't elaborate much on engine removal.

I'm looking for the quickest swap.

ell i just took an f22 out the other day and was pretty hard to get from the top so we just went from the bottom simple as that. just make sure everything is disconnected and we put the f22b back in so it has vtec now real simple. and if it doesent have a tranny that makes it reallyreally easy. drop it back from the top
