Intake Valve timing Sensor (Right side)

I just got back from the dealer and they said I had a bad intake valve timing sensor. I searched far and wide, but not only could I not find the part at (autozone, advance, Napa, etc) they told me they never even heard of the part. Anyway, I ordered one through the dealer. Cost around 90 bucks. My main conern is how to replace it. I was just going to let the dealer do it, but the guy at the shop was a condecending pri*k. Basically, he said I had an inferior car because I mentioned how surprised I was that my heat shield rusted out so soon. He said " the Higher quality cars like an Infinity have all stainless steel etc. I replied " I thought the pathfinder was a "high" quality car. Not to mention they charged me 70 bucks for a diagnosis that took 15 minutes and they didn't have the part in stock. Anyway, I read somewhere that replacing these sensors is tricky because if you do it the wrong way could do some major damage.

1. could someone describe where the right intake valve timing sensor is?
2. Do I need any special tools?
3. Is it harder to do than a O2 sensor.
4. Do I need to reset the PCM after I change it?
5. Does anyone know of a place I can buy the part from that is cheaper than 90 dollars?

Ok, didn't get much help here, but I noticed a lot of people have been at least looking at this post so I decided to give you guys a link to a thread that helped me answer all the questions I had. I just ordered the part from Pinnacle Nissan and It should be in my hands in about 4 days. Anyway, it looks like a pretty easy repair (even for me) and I think I should save a lot of money by doing it myself. I just can't imagine paying over 100 bucks for the part and another hours worth of labor for a 10 minute job. Hope the link helps.

not at all very easy to replace a ten mm socket is all you need and maybe a pocket screw driver to get the terminal off .
