95 deville door panels

how do i remove the door panels off of a 95 deville so i can change the stock speakers?

Remove the small plastic ends to the door pull, then remove the screws at each end of the door pull, then remove the part around the inside latch, then pull up on the entire panel. Also, where did you get your speakers, and for how much, mine needs replacing too, that is the right front and rear.
