2001 Hesitation/Stuttering

I have a 2001 Dakota 4x4 with the 3.9L. V-6.
It has an irritating stuttering problem. I have had it on several diagnostic machines,,, and they find nothing. It revs up when idling sometimes too. Have replaced plugs, wires, cap and rotor and fuel filter.
Does anybody have any ideas?

It's the TPS sensor on your throttle body which is taking a crap.
