see, i support the site by clicking on the ads every so often and i saw the flash game for pinks.....

so i was like "well why the hell not"

i should at least explain why i'm like this.

I watch the show, and i get in arguements all the time because of their "compromises" are rather stupid. if you know the guy has a 10x faster car... what's the point of risking yours for it? i say bring the two guys with simular stuff and see who's the better driver. or at least stop the whole "i need 20 lengths" crap.

basically the flash game will not give you the upper hand (see i had the civic aganst the ta thinking they'd give me some lengths since it's fwd and less hp) but no. somehow the computer would not accept that and i ended up loosing so many times that i turned off the computer.

It's gay and i won't play it again.

I've actually started watching it on a regular basis now, ever since the Hassport CRX was on (I read the build up on it in SCC, thought it was kinda cool). Its started to grow on me, and I think I figured out the problem. The host tells the teams to show up with a specific kind of car (like, time wise, power wise, etc.). The problem is, the team never shows up with the car they say they are gonna bring. I saw one episode where the team said they were gonna bring a 11 or 10 second GNX...and they ended up bringing an 8 second Camaro. And if you really watch it, its the racers that are pushing for advantages, that Rich dude keeps pushing for heads up races, and doesn't want to give in to the massive lengths. He wants the races to be close.

But yeah, that Trans Am vs Civic episode was a joke. You wanna get respect for imports, don't show up to race a LT4 (Was it a 4? I'm pretty sure it was) race built Trans Am with Civic...show up with some massive single turbo Supra or FD or something. And learn how to drive your car, that kid couldn't launch for shit on street tires or slicks. The Haybussa episode was fuckin awesome though...

The Trans Am in that episode had a stroked LT1, a 392ci with lots of goodies... like a fat procharger and nitrous. It was very adapt to running the 1320. And they came prepared with slicks.

The Civic raced the first two or three race, don't remember, with street tires. Wtf? Then the last two races if I'm not mistaken they raced with no front bumper to allow more airflow to the intercooler. Also, I thought it was kind of weird that they'd let the kid race the car, it being able to run the speeds it did with no cage, and I don't think I ever saw him actually strap the helmet on, he just put it on... and the straps never moved... if you take notice where the straps are when he takes the helmet off, I don't think it was ever fixed to his fat head. He's smart!

EDIT: Not to mention the Trans Am had a full cage, and the driver wore a race suit... the Civic driver had a Tshirt on. :lol: He was real experianced.

I think his launch problems came for the fact that the dumb-ass was running an open diff.

Okay, so I saw the ad and clicked it, I have to say that game is sooooo bad, it really does piss you off. I lost a race with the red civic coupe by 10 lenghts, and Rich doesnt wanna give me any lenghts, forcing me to go heads up, what the hell is that. I had to settle for like 3, lost all the races.

Thats ya'lls problem, your to busy using the slow cars...Don't waste your time with the Civics or what not, use the Nova with the dual stage nitrous and drag tires, and you can't loose. I let a 'Maro have ten lengths, and I still walked his ass down.

I played as the T/A first and won pretty easy, I just wanted to see if i could pull off the win in the civic, but i would've needed 22 lenghts for that.:rolleyes:

Lol, yeah. I figured it out though, its just like Need For Speed Underground style drag racing. Its all about shift and nitrous timming, and when in the negotiation, just contine to argue your way down. Start where you want it, and slowly negotiate down. You also have to play the game, loose a race, peddle the race so you don't whup ass straight of the bat, stuff like that to make it seem like its close.

Did anyone watch it last night? That poor kid in the Datsun got played hard.
