'89 civic needs gauge cluster help...

Ok, i have a problem installing my cluster. I have an '89 civic and the gauge cluster i bought is from a '90 civic. How do i modifiy the wiring? Do i have to ditch this one and get myself an 88-89. Please help anyone.....

it has been done ( the wiring), but it would be a lot easier to just get a 88-89 gauge cluster.
