You need to do your research on the manufacturer of the ecu in general. Then see who's sellin it. Are they a wholesaler? (usually good) or an individual parting off their car? (usually not so good)
You can find good deals on ebay but you have to make sure you know who you're dealin with. Seller ratings are very important too.
Oh and btw, you probably want to delete the second and third copy of this thread before the mods make you do it or do it themselves (which is a sure way to piss em off)

Posting a link would help. There is alot of crap on ebay. Many people try to sell 'chips', resistors, and ecus that they claim will add hp, torque, improve fuel mileage, end world hunger...whatever. It's ebay, they can sell you a 10 cent resistor, charge $25 for it and claim whatever they want.
You really need to research as mentioned above, because more often than not, it is a POS. So if you have a specific link, we maybe able to check it out and give you our opinions. But in general, I would never recommend an ECU swap unless you know for sure what exactly you are swapping in and exactly why.

Its almost as bad as the damn fuel line magnets and the TORNADO, CYCLONE, or any other bent soda can metal objects designed to cram in your intake and do nothing but burn a nice 60 dollar hole in your wallet. You have to love how people will believe anything they read. Read one off of a wesite some kid was claiming his G-tech sai his neon gained 10, 37-47 hp and his 1/4 mile et dropped 1 sec. LOL
Back on subject like stated research most chips wont do anything, good thing about honda is the sensor they use to calculate air intake and exhaust O2 content, measures it and changes it pretty much on demand, The MAF setup does this too but i like the way the ones on our hondas work.
