thinking of buying - advice?

hey everyone,
i have a choice, i am looking at two rangers for approx the same price. one is an 05 with some body damage - nothing major, lots of small stuff. it has 13000 miles on a 4.0 4x4 auto. the other is a 02 with 144,000 miles on a 3.0 4x4 auto. anyone tell me which will end up costing me more, the body damage now or the overall work on a 144,000 mile ford?
