Header help

i was wanting to get some headers..specifically summit part # hed-68470 hedman shorty headers. the ceramic coated versions anyway....i have to admit :uhoh: i dont know if they will fit because they say this "Fits with angle plug heads (Chevy aluminum only)" i know i dont have aluminom heads im not sure about the angle plug..i didnt think so. ...so the question is..will these fit?

well, if no one on the forums know for sure, you should just call them up or email them..

I don't think they will fit but like said, your best bet is to contact Hedman or Summits tech department (although my experience with summit tech is its hit or miss, sometimes you get a helpfull person who knows his shit and sometimes you get a guy who will say yes a thousand times to get you off the phone).

if they say angle fit only then no they wont fit. Stock heads are straight plugs. Dont they have a straight plug version?

yes they will fit !! my buddy has them on his!

they will fit the angle plug headers just have a wider arch coming off the flange so you can get to your plugs better.

Personally I wouldn't get shorties to begin with.
