Leaking washer fluid?

Ive been leaking washer fluid for quite a while now.
I searched the forum, found the threads about the hose coming apart in the cargo area, and fixed that.
So now my rear wiper sprays again, but I still leak fluid.

I pulled the tank, it doenst have any cracks in it. I put silicone on the bottom of the pumps and stuck them back in, still leaks.
It appears to be leaking "around" the upper pump base- but I cant see if its UNDER the pump, or where the hose connects to the pump.
What should I try next? Id like to avoid buying a new tank/new pumps if possible. Is there a way I can determine if it is definitely the hose that connects to the pump? Can I buy a new end piece for it, if so what is it called?

So you think it might be leaking around the silicone?
It should be pretty secure, I put it all over the bottom of the pump, then shoved the pump onto the tank.

That's where my guess would be. I've never had the best of luck with silicone.

However if you used it to seal the pump onto the tank you might want to fix it properly. I don't know for sure but I would imagine that GM used a O ring to seal it. They're usually only a few cents from any local parts store. They usually give them to me when I need them
