WTK 200BHP from a stock b16

Just wondering what can i do to get 200BHP from a stock b16
Dont wanna go turbo or nitrous
Can someone shine a light on this topic

You can't magically make horsepower while leaving a motor stock. Check out this thread (http://www.honda-tech.com/zerothread/1583606) for some dynos and the amount of work done to get the numbers.
