i am looking to lower my car about 1.5"
what would be the best shock spring combo to use
also i have to use it in the winter so would i be better off getting adjustables and rise it to normal in winter or would a 1.5" drop not really matter
thx

wiht it only being an 1.5" drop, my opinion is you can use your stock struts just fine, and also depending on where you live, unless you want to adjust them, you should be fine with the snow. Eibach makes a 1.5" drop, and also neuspeed would have a good setup. I use to own a "00 civic, and I had it dropped on cheap coilovers ($120 full set), and I was still on my stock struts. on stock rubber and rims I was tucking only about an inch of tire or so. It wasnt rough, it wasn't even bouncy, weird huh? just stiff enough to get me around.

cool so i should be ok with just a set of coils then
i was thinking of the koni's or kyb's but if i can get by on my stocks for another years or so that would be better (i can save more money)

thanks
