1996 ford contour won't start

Car would not start so I jumped it and got it running replaced the battery with a new one now it won't start even with jump cables all it dose it click ? is this the starter or something else any know HELP where is the starter ?

more than likely it is your starter do you get any crankig at all? do your windshield wipers go when you try and start the car? theres lots of things to know what happens when you turn the key? is the car in gear or is it in park like its supposed to be? million more reasons it won't start let me know what were working with
