ford fiesta mark 4 not facelift model

hello every one im a mechanic but i have a problem with a mark 4 fiesta when starting in the mourning it will start first time but when its warm and i go into shop 5 mins come out and try and start it again it will need about 1 minutes worth of cranking before it starts any ideas people
