Blinkers Don't Work

Hey guys,
I'm new to Mitubishi and just picked up a 97 diamante ls last week. The only thing that is wrong with it is that the blinkers don't work. I've checked fuses inside and under the hood. I don't know anything about mitsubishis so I don't really know what else to try. None of the 4 blinkers work and when you turn on the signal, the blinker inside the car doesn't work. The hazards don't work either. Please let me know if I'm just overlooking something here.
