php nuke

hey guys. im wondering if anybody can tell me how to run php nuke on my comp.
i want to set it up on my comp so i can see it visually before i install it to a web server.
is there a program that will let me do this. im new to it and would like to learn it this way.
any help would be appreciated

well i've never deal with php nuke but i asume it will need an apache server plus a php/mysql evironment to run its database so for a fast and easy install of apache/mysql/php try xampp:
