Emergency help.

On my way home today my check engine light started blinking and my car feels like its hesitating. Like when I stop at a stop sign or light the car will move back and forth from the vibration and if i dont keep reving it the car will shut off. I dont know what it is. All i know is that I need to get it fixed. Come someone please give me an idea of what it is. BTW I checked all my fluids and they're fine. Please help ASAP.:banghead:
