On my '94 SL, there's 2 more screws that go under the carpet into the back trunk to where the cover over the spare tire is. Thing is though if you take off the CD changer, it'll be a pain to find where the holes of the obvious 2 screws were so I would put those back in if you're planning to put your CD changer back later. Good luck. :)

lol...yea i doesnt read discs that well. Im planning to tear into it, clean everything up, possibly look into replacing the laser eye. I was gonna upgrade the entire system, get a nice Alpine head unit, speakers, MP3 player...but i decided to spend the cash on something more worth while for the car...brakes maybe...or a downpipe:icon16:
thanks for the info!

well if you want mine, i give you good price. i upgraded to a kenwood cd/mp3 player, so my stock cd changer is just sitting around taking up space. if you want it for parts/tinkering, you're welcome to it for say 20 bucks. (just enough to cover shipping).
