tires worn more on inside than outside. dealer says lower control arms, says part comes in one piece and is rather expensive. is it true that lower control arms on 2000 ls are sold as one piece? or can bushingsor parts of be replaced without changing whole arm? dealer wants about 1500 hundred dollars to replace both control arms, swaybar and driver side hub bushing. does that seem right to anyone? thanks.

Have you taken it to an alignment shop?
the should be able to tell you if your alignment is out (causing the wear) and if they can adjust it or in fact if it is the suspension worn.

I had this experience with my lower control arm. The price ended up being over 900 dollars but I did not take it to the dealer because it would have been a lot more. Also - since I hit something in the street that caused the lower control arm to be knocked out of place I filed it on my insurance. My deductible was 250 so that is all I had to pay.

Your camber is off, you should get that fixed ASAP, theres nothing that you can do. But you may be able to find out whats causeing it. Im sure a specialist will know what it is/what to do
