90' integra ls

i'm about to buy a 90 integra ls' that needs a tranny, so i was wonderin' if maybe i should just swap out the ls motor and get a B17a or a b16a is there that much of a difference between the two? They're both making the same amount of power but i'm afraid that since the b16a is .2 liters smaller than a b18b i won't be making around 160 to the crank or even 130 to the wheels...will the dif. in liters make that much of a difference? I was lookin' at the power pages in import tuner and they dyno'ed a 90' ls w/the obd0 b16a and it only came out to 125whp and 100lbs of torque...would this stay true to all b16a's in the DA tegs? I wanna be making at least 140 to 150whp w/ the motor alone
