Please Help Me

I had an 1991 DOHC 1.8L Integra LS it use to run fine until i got it repainted.
The car seams to be runnig way to rich becouse i used half of tank for 81ml.
I know that it's not any sensor becouse the ECU is not showing any massiges.
The trotle body has a small port inside that sucks air when the car is cold but on my it those not stop when it worms up.Like i sad it seams to be runnig way to rich. DO YOU KNOW WHAT CAN COUSE THIS TO HAPPEND.
