OK here it goes..I have a 97 3000GT SL 5 speed.
It runs and drives fine untill I rev it above 2500 at that point the clutch does not disengage. The pedal feels fine the clutch just doesn't disengage. I then have to stop the car shut it off put it in gear and restart it. At that point I can here the clutch drag a little then it releases. Then its fine again untill I rev it above 2500 rpm. If I keep it below 2500 rpm I can drive it all day.(Just really slow) ANy one have any ideas?

Your clutch master cylinder could have a bad piston or even a spring in it. It may be strong enough to pull the clutch out while its not spinning as fast but once the clutch starts moving around faster and faster it may get tougher for it to disengage. Oh and also check your connection to where the clutch pedal goes to the master cylinder and see if its pushing it in all the way.
