new Knight Rider movie

For those who dont know yet, Glen Larson is supposed to be writing a script for a new Knight Rider movie. They want David H. to play the starring role, but he doesnt want to do it (supposedly), unless KITT is the same car it was in the original series.

I watched Knight Rider on TV when I was a kid. I even had the KITT big wheel when i was a kid. When i got my T/A I wasnt thinking about it, but its a 1982 T/A painted black, like KITT. I dont have a problem with that EXCEPT people sometimes ask me things like "does your car talk" or "is David hasslehoff your dad". Ive even had people come up to me at the gas pump and say "ya know thats not the same bumpers and wheels that KITT had"....like im trying to clone it or somthing.

Even my brother in-law said one time while i was sitting in it "somethings missing". He looked at me and the car sort of puzzled, then i saw a light come on and he said "Oh your supposed to have a mullet to drive that car arent you".Then i get online and find that people are making *KITT clones*, wich doesnt help. I love my car painted black, but if they make that movie shes getting painted WHITE! That will simply be the last straw.

Anyways, i dont know if another Knight Rider movie will be a box office hit, but somhow, I want to hit somthing a little. Opinions>?

so david hasslehoff is what, your uncle? :icon16:,, i think that'd be phat to have another movie based on a trans am,, altho I think they should use a 4th gen ws6 or somthin more modern than the old kitt. last ta i've seen in a movie was a 77 or 78 bandit clone that darryl hannah drove in kill bill 2; 'twas PIMP.
