1999 GC Rear Door Lock Jammed

The rear door lock on my 99 Gr Caravan just quit working. When it tried to lock/unlock it electronically it buzzes briefly. Also, the key will not turn in the lock. Is there a way to open the door manually? Any ideas would be appreciated.:nono:
