Engine stalled during driving

My 2002 BMW 320i, engine stalled when driving at around 60 kph. All lights came up, no power brake, no power steering. Very danger. This happened three times. I always use premium 91 octan gas, and service by BMW dealer all the time. They cannot find out what's wrong. Any one has the same experience, and know what is the problem. Please advise.
