sony stalk adapter for clio 182 with the cassabe auditorium model

Has anyone managed to find the correct stalk/dash display adapter to fit a sony cd player into a clio 182 2005 model that has the cassabe auditorum cd player fitted as standard. From the front it looks the same as the tuner list one but not sure about the rear connections. Help on this would be greatfully recieved as I'm pulling my hair out on this one.
