I know more about German than anything else, so if I'm rusty on - well, everything, really - just call me out on it... but I know German has "so-so" for if you're feeling "okay". And they have "na ja" for something similar to "okay" as more of just a pause when reflecting on something or trying to make a desicion or something like that.
