Car sometimes does not Start..sometimes

My 1991 Honda Accord every 6th or 7th times the car will not start for a couple of hrs. Everything has been checked . It is getting both gas & spark. In its not start mode it won't turn over but it iscranking. The check engine light does not go out as it should after the initial computer systems check. The car does not buck while driving which would indicate the fuel pump. Any help is appreciated. It does not do this from a cold start

So your "check engine" light is on when the motor runs? If that is the case you need to pull your codes.
