Ok, heres the problem.
Right after i installed my JDM corners and angel eyes, my #1 fuse under the dash keeps blowing every time i try to use the hazards or turn signals. if i install a fresh fuse, everything in the dash, including the tach and cluster lights works perfectly. The second i hit the signals, i hear the flasher click lightly, then the fuse goes again. I replaced the flasher, but to no avail. i tested the slot for the flasher that grounds, and it reads 0 resistance to ground.
This question has been asked a few times on the board, but no one has posted how they ended up fixing it. Please, if anyone can help, it would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

check to make sure that you dont have your grounds mixed up where you plugged in the corners at.. just sounds like you are getting too much power to them.. which means.. (-) is hookup to (+) and vice versa

i have this same problem, and we have pulled EVERYTHING, even went out and got a haynes manual for the wiring diagram, but there is this one flasher module that runs to the actual lights out of the hazard switch (wired very weired i know) what we just cannot find physically inside the car. and we have checked all the area's for shorts and everything. it happened after i hit a bump so it must be a short in the lines, every time i turn on interior lights the 10amp fuse blows, even a 15amp. any ideas? ps. its a 91 DX

i put in different bulbs one time and the left side would always blow that fuse so just switched back to my old clear bulbs in the rear turns. i think they just run more wattage..but the right never blew..i went thru a lot of fuses trying to figure it out..

Yo man i fixed mine a long time ago...then crashed it, hahaha
its a short somewhere in your wiring, i had water built up in one of my signal lenses so it was shorting every time i put power to it
