My Car Wont Start

i just recently installed a b16a into my 91 crx.........everything is hooked up right.......i went to start it and the #4 injector is constantly staying on and the other three wont work.........CAN SOMEONE PLZZ GIMME SOME INFO ON WHAT IT COULD BE

it sounds like your wiring is messed up.. what ecu are you using?

1990.....i sent my wiring harness off to hasport, do u think that they could of messed it up somehow?
