Has anybody else noticed that shooting stars have become a very frequent thing within the last month or so? I had never seen any my whole life and then all of a sudden it seems like theres been a few a see everynight now...

Also, has anybody ever seen a large green fireball shoot across the sky before? :uhoh:

Northern lights are the shit. We did see 2 shooting stars when we were camping the other night. And that green fireball was probably and asteroid, I just heard about one in the news that came about the distance to the moon away from us. I bet you just saw that.

My brother seen it and he came in and ran in here freakin out. When he told me I was kinda freaked a little bit because about 2 months ago I seen the same thing. It was scary, I thought the world was gonna end at that moment cause that thing was huge and it lit everything up like it was the middle of the day. I guess one was also spotted in November over Austrailia and in September over somewhere else... We all know how asteroids go around our solar system keeping a safe distance from us. Well, I read that ever couple thousands of years theres a group of them that cut through the middle of our solar system and we are in that time period of them cutting through. Kinda freaky considering they don't know if any of them could collide with us or not. :uhoh:

19 years! Geez oh man that sucks. Lets all hope they are very wrong about it. I was hoping to live till I was at least 100 years old. lol

Yeah. I dont really want to live an especially long life, I just want a happy one. And I want to be self sufficient. I would way rather die at 50 happy and in good shape than 100 and not able to even wipe my own ass.

All of the Aztec(I think) calenders say that the world ends in 2012. I'm not sure if it's the Aztecs, but it's definately one of the old civilazations.

And how did they come up with their predictions? I'm sure they had to have some sort of ryhme or reason for it... I seriously hope it doesn't end that soon. Theres still lots of things I wanna do in this life before its over. :frown:

I dunno. I guess you could research it more, but what I remember from like watching specials on the Discovery channel (that channel owns) that like they were great mathematicans and all that crap. They were super advanced for their time and like read everything by the stars and the night sky. I think that they said their calender just "stops" in 2012. Read into what "stops" means as you will lol.

EDIT: Bleh, I was off, it was the Mayans - http://www.greatdreams.com/2012.htm

Yeah :1: for the discovery channel rocking, they have some SWEET shows. I was watching one about asteroids and shit and there is a very good possibility that an asteroid big enough to wipe out the entire world could come into contact with Earth by like 2030 or something like that, pretty crazy shit.

Did you just call me a hoe? lol.

Well, I do as much as I can to mine. Cash is the only thing stopping me. I still owe...$190 on my wheels. I don't have a job. And my turbo completion list is somewhat lengthy. I need some charity. I'm gonna call it "the broke teenager's charity for building a phat ass ride". Anyone want to support the cause :naughty: ? Up until this point I've just been doing the best I can with what I have to work with.
