sc300 2JZ-GTE motor

i just purchased a 93 sc300 and i can get my hands on a 2JZ-GTE (twin turbo supra engine) http://www.jdmenginedepot.com/catalog/product_info.php/cPath/24_36/products_id/29
now my question is has anyone on this site done this swap? if so any advise would be helpfull. also it says it comes with an automatic tranny and that would be hell because i am for stick all the way if anyone knows where i can get this motor with a 5sp tranny that would help as well (like from a diff site)
