To the original poster, you can go to a junkyard and pull off all the A/C and P/S parts and put them on your car. However, if you choose to just install A/C you will run into a slight problem. The A/C and P/S belts all rotate off the crank pulley and the P/S pump is what provides the tension. You can measure the distance around the crank pulley and A/C and go look for a belt that would fit. You would have to then force the belt on as much as you can, then bump the starter to get it all the way on.

Just FYI-that is NOT AN EASY thing to do. Of course it's very possible-but unless you have a really good mechanical ability and a lot of practice under the hood you may want to take it to a shop. Please son't be offened!!! If you are a regular mechanic-that's great. I just know that when I replaced my old engine and had to re-adjust it with the old pullys and belts-it was hard enough. You have to be right on or you'll eat through your belt. Which is not only an obnoxious squell-but bad for the car when it finally gives :) Just something to think about when considering the addition to your car. the best of luck to you!!!

His crank pulley is on the car already and that is the one that is usually off alignment. The P/S pulley has a bracket that it goes on to help line-up and so does the A/C. It isn't that difficult at all.

very easy job imo. ther are places to bolt it right to. if you want a little knowledge about it buy a haynes manual from autozone
you have to know how something works(belt system) before you can properly fix it!
